Called a school and was notified that I would receive a decision by Wednesday. My status checker already says "decision rendered." Do you think they are sending out the batch of rejections? I mean, why would they wait to tell me?

I don't think they are able to give out admissions decisions over the phone.

The status checker has been changed for a while, so I'm wondering why they couldn't reject me right away instead of slowly killing me from the inside.
