Retaking classes to bump GPA. Advice needed

I was wondering how much of a difference it would make to bump my GPA from a 3.9 to a 3.95. I could go back to school next semester and retake two classes and getting As would provide that additional .5 points added to my GPA. I'm planning on taking the LSAT soon as I've been studying for a while but I'm in no rush togo to law school. I'm shooting for a 170+ with the hope of getting into Harvard.

Retakes don't replace grades for law school

(b) it would only help in that they are two extra grades, but the first two grades aren't going away for LSAC's GPA

What if the school adds it to your transcript?

this thread is TTTT. you can't wipe away the scars of a bad transcript for LAWL school. LSAC GPA dooms all that fail and folly.

it adds it by showing another grade... LSAC just counts both of them
