GULC Waiting List Question (chances)

Need fellow TLS users to chance me.

I am currently on GULC's wait list. I understand that I should be sending LOCIs and LORs over the next couple of weeks. My question is....how much impact would a LOR from a professor that taught at GULC several years ago have on my chances of getting off the wait list??

Also, does anyone know the approximate number of applicants that actually get off the wait list? I understand that GULC may have a preferred wait list?? Any info would help. Thanks in advance.

Sending that LOR definitely couldn't hurt you, and might help somewhat. Usually getting off a WL comes down to your numbers, and sometimes to knowing the right people. What are your numbers/how many times have you taken the LSAT?

Top 10% at lower T2. Hoping his LOR will help get my foot in the door. I took the LSAT once ...but do they even look at that ?

You gotta give me some real information. I don't think LSAT matters as much now. But "lower T2" is very vague. So is "top 10%."
