Just a general comment: Your school has a recognizable name on the East Coast and stellar grades from your school will be impressive anywhere you go.
Are you doing LR? If your ultimate goal is a federal clerkship, LR seems to be a must. I do not think you would be able to write on this late in the game for Harvard and Yale, but that is something to check on.
Scholarship, top 5%(at least) from your school, and Law Review seems hard to beat.
You should probably just apply though to appease your curiosity. The worst you would be is out two app fees.
