Should I stay or should I go now?

Here's my situation:
Top 5%, LR, and graduating with no debt. But from a high T2 in a state I'm not particularly fond of. If I transferred I'd only be interested in a T14, but that means upwards of 70k debt. I'm not dying to go anywhere honestly, I just want to get the best bang for my buck and take the best opportunity available. Should I transfer?
