I also started at BC/BU my 1L year, finished around 8 or 9%, and transferred to CCN. First off, none of the transfer schools I applied to asked for undergrad GPA or LSAT scores. I think Harvard may actually request LSAT, but I'm not sure (I ended up not applying there). You should target HYS, but don't count on Y. I'm pretty sure the top person in our class was rejected from Y as a transfer, and not a single transfer candidate was accepted there from my school. However, a few of the top 5% folks who applied to transfer got into H (I believe a total of 2 or 3 people). I would absolutely apply to CCN schools also. This is where the bulk of our transfers ended up, most at NYU or Columbia. H is a numbers game, and if you are in top 5% at one of those schools, you may very well get in, but definitely hit the top NY schools also, since those in the top 3-10% range generally had success getting into at least one. They both take lots of Fordham and BU folks.
