T3 NYC 3.6 GPA ranking 5%-10%...T14?

Hey All,
I'm at a T3 in NYC finished the year with a 3.64GPA ranking is likely between 5%-10% maybe a little better. Do I have a shot at any T14 schools?
Any opinions about chances at Fordham or GW?
