Top Law Schools

Hi,

I was recently admitted to GULC and WUSL through early action and I wish to work in Chicago area after I graduated. I do plan to apply to Chicago ED or Northwestern when their application is open, but since my chance to these two schools is still in mystery and GULC's deposit is due at 22nd this month, I hope to make a preliminary decision of which school to attend.

Which school would give me a better chance in landing on a job in Chicago? Your feedback is appreciated!

Thanks for your reply. I am sure GULC has a better national reputation but does WUSL have a better local tie due to its proximity to Chicago?

If you just want any job in Chicago and dont care about firm size and all, there's UIUC. But if you want BIGLAW, GULC > WUSTL.

Of course UChi/NU/UMich > GULC/UIUC/WUSTL, etc etc

Credited. You'll see a lot of the big names at OCI but mass-mailing from GULC will also be more effective.
