Rank Needed At MVP for HYS?

Just curious.... ~10%, but little shot at law review. Trying to improve, but seems unlikely. School isn't in my target market.
1.) Will low entering #'s be looked at?
2.) Will addendum's for college disciplinary action have to be disclosed?

They'll be seen. Whether or not they matter is debated.

1) Yes, adcomm will see them, but they don't matter for purposes of transfer admissions (yes, even at HLS).
2) Yes.

You have top 10% grades, your shot at LR is not small.

Why do you want to transfer? There's really little to no upside, unless it's predominantly for geographic/personal reasons, or some other bizarre hyper-specific reason.
