I am applying to the EA transfer schools, and some others when the apps become available.
Is it credited to put the summer legal job I accepted on my resume?

I would put where it will be and when you are set to start, but do not put what you will be doing. Don't even put things you just think you might be doing. Wait until you actually do those things to put them on a resume.

Agreed, make sure to put where you will be working, but saying what will you will b doing before you have any real idea might not be the best idea. Be that as it may, schools take a careful look at transfer resumes because they only want to accept those with a strong chance of getting hired.

100% agree with this.
