Loyola LA's Anti-Transfer Policies

I am a 1L at Loyola LA and after doing well my first semester, I am looking into transferring. I know that around 2009, LLS instituted a policy that students with pending transfer applications could not participate in OCI. Does anyone know if this policy is still in place? It's been several years since the Above the Law article and there is a new dean, so I'm hoping that is no longer the case. If applying to transfer means sitting out OCI, is it worth taking the risk?
Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated!

Are you considering EA? If not, sit back and see what happens with spring grades so you can have a more educated decision!

I'm not applying EA so not trying to make any decisions now, just doing some research into the process and policies.

If the policy remains the same, make sure you inform Paul Campos or someone to write about it and make it public and ugly. Schools always seem to backdown when these things are brought to light.
