I'm looking for someone who has transferred from Barry to UF.

Specifically, I've heard rumor of 2/3L's currently at UF who commuted from Orlando to G'Ville for at least their first semester of 2L. Is this even possible? It doesn't seem so. (google has the drive 2 hours each way).

Anyone think its possible..........err plausible?

My initial reaction is a resounding NO. The idea that you could commute your 2L year from Orlando to Gville would be unrealistic. However, I don't know you. So, I have no idea what you're capable of. However, here are some thing to consider:

1) A 2L transfer will need work experience to pad their resume to have any shot at gainful employment.
2) A 2L transfer will need to pull very solid grades to have any shot at gainful employment.
3) Commuting will be very expensive 4+ hours in the car a day will mean major gas money AND tolls (sun pass frequent flyer miles?)

I can't picture having the time to study for top grades, work part time to build a resume, and drive 4 hours. Honestly, most people would be lucky to do one of those three things successfully.

PM if you want to talk more.
