T4 to top 50?

I am currently at a good t4. It actually has employment statistics that beat many T1 schools. I however have been working with admissions at the University of Colorado and they think I have a great chance of being able to transfer to their school. Is it worth giving up a scholarship/ law review/first year grades and rank to transfer from a tier 4 to a top 50 school?

Difficult to answer. Do you have good Colorado ties and is your current law school in a market where you have no ties? Since your target school is highly regional, this is something to take into account.
