Full Scholarship and Law Review at T2 v. CCN

This is completely hypothetical, but would anyone here recommend transferring from a T2 (80s) to CCN, if it means giving up a 100% scholarship and law review?

NEW: 0Ls/1Ls should READ THIS before posting in Transfers. wrote:2) 1Ls (and 0Ls!), do not ask about transfer odds or possibilities before you have grades.
Asking for transfer advice before you have grades is a waste of everyone's time.
