Most schools don't. Here's a list of ones I applied to last year:

Schools that required UG Certification
-Harvard
-Columbia

Schools that didn't require UG Certification
-Duke
-Michigan
-Northwestern
-NYU
-Penn
-UVA

Note that all schools require you to disclose any character and fitness stuff (just like you had to when you first applied to law school). Therefore, if you are trying to know so you can avoid disclosing something, it's not going to work.

Has this list been updated? do other schools now require deans certificate?? I think Cornell and stanford??

Cornell requires a dean's certification.
