U of Washington worth it?

I was wondering whether U of Washington is really worth it. I am not particularly interested in practicing in NYC. I am flexible with location. I just want to end up in HK after 3-4 yeara after gaining big law in the states. I know UW will gimme more than 20k saving in cost for nxt two years. But I keep on hearing that there is no fuure in Northwest. Is working in NYC that important in going forward or is seattle market good enuf for getting big law exp. for intl law career?
