Go or not? T20 > T10

I was admitted at Berkeley and am torn on if I should go or not. Still waiting on NYU, Penn, UChicago, Northwestern (all of which I'd rather attend, but am still not sure about cost/benefit).

Thoughts? I'm top 10% at T20, with a summer job at a firm I'd be pleased to stay at in the Midwest. However, I'd really love to move to the East Coast, which is nearly impossible from my Midwestern school. Is it worth making the jump and spending $60k+ more than I would at my old school for the chance at BigLaw?

Midwest T30s underperform their rank when it comes to biglaw placement, so IMO it's worth another $60K for a better chance if that is your goal.

As for the east coast - which market are you interested in? If NYC, then yes going from Minnesota --> Berkeley should help you get there. However, DC and the secondary markets will be really tough to crack no matter what you do.
