Chances for Philly area T2 Top 10% -> Penn

Hovering around the top 8 percent mark. Any shot at Penn?
Probably need to be top 2-3% if not higher. Remember, everyone and their mother in your position from Philly T2's is going to be trying to transfer to Penn. I was top 5% last year and rejected.
