Should I send a Fall transcript if I want to apply early?

I am planning on applying very early to all the schools I am interested in. The problem is, I won't have my final grades at that time. Should I send my spring transcript to LSAC and get that sent with all my applications so the schools have an idea where I stand, or should I just send my personal statement/LORs and wait to send my Final transcript + Letter of good standing.

Will there be a substantial difference between your GPA if you send in your current/Spring grades? If not:

I'd send in your transcript as soon as you're applying. When you do receive your final grades, send them to the LSAC. They are automatically forwarded to each school that you have applied (paid) to.

There won't be that much of a change, thanks for the advice. How about the letter of good standing and current rank?

Why not? Use all of your ammunition.

So LSAC will accept a letter of good standing and send it with the transcript? or does a letter of good standing have to be sent directly to the law school.

Not sure on that one. You may just have to send it to the school as supplemental material. I doubt it will be much of an issue.
