All that matters is you class rank / school. At current #s, it is unlikely. You'll need at least top 5%.

I would say it's worth an app at 15%, but 10% would boost your chances significantly.

TTTT 8% --> W&L. I'd say you've got a shot at all of them, but GW would be a big stretch. Probably pretty unlikely.

Unless spending the money means you won't be able to afford your rent, I'd say just do it and hope for the best.

Not sure what the above poster is talking about; you have a good chance at all the above. Try to get in the top 10%.
