I got a 4.19 GPA my first semester at American U. Now what?

I know nothing about the transfer process and, frankly, was surprised I did as well on my exams as I did (two A+'s and two A's). I would love to go to a better school, even if that means I have to give up my full scholarship.
Does anyone have any advice for me?

The advice is do whatever you did last semester in the spring, apply to HYSCCN, and once you find out how many of them you get into, decide which one to attend. Try to articulate reasons for transferring as well. If you stay, it looks like you will be able to get a $160k job in DC with little debt. Not a bad deal.

OP should have checked out what the previous poster said. Apparently, American doesn't give out A+s.
Also, I see an absurd amount of unauthorized alts. OP banned. Thread locked.
