Top 10% at T60 school - What are my options?

Got my grades today: 3.82 GPA from T60 school. We don't get ranked till the end of spring semester, but based on past cutoffs, I am most likely in the top 10%.
Any thoughts on transferring to GW, GULC, NYU, Columbia or maybe even Fordham?
