Question on transferring to Georgetown

I was waitlisted last year at Georgetown, but they did keep on the list to the very end, and I made it into a top 40 school. Just took finals, obviously waiting to see what the grades are.
If I did well, there is an obvious temptation to transfer to Georgetown. However, there are rumors floating about that transfer students (once accepted) sometimes run into problems actually getting all their credits transferred. Is this true? Do transfer-ins face any other problems?
Some other questions:
I have some disability issues. The school I am going to has been very good about providing appropriate accomodations. Does anyone know if Georgetown is equally good about that, or if there are any problems with accomodations?
Finally, at the school I'm at, I'm finding fellow students to be pretty friendly, supportive, not too competitive in spirit. The professors, too -- at least so far -- seem pretty dedicated to their teaching. Any general impressions on Georgetown in terms of mutual student cooperation, real interest of the faculty in teaching, etc?
Thanks.
