Loyola to UCLA?

I wanted to get some people's opinion on this. I finished my 1L ranked in the top 5%, made law review, and have about 30k scholarship with a top 30% contingency. I was recently accepted as a transfer student to UCLA were I, of course, have no scholarship but I do have a chance at getting onto law review. Any advice, comments, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

if you want to practice in LA, i'd stay at Loyola... otherwise I'd go to UCLA.

Honestly, as someone who just transferred to UCLA, I'd stay where you're at.
Top 5% at Loyola with guaranteed law review, and damn near guaranteed scholarship money should not be left behind. Top 30% stip is pretty safe for someone who is top 5%. Have you perhaps tried to have the stipulation dropped? They might not play ball - I've heard indications that LLS isn't very transfer friendly. But it might be worth a shot.
You have a chance of making law review at UCLA, but you *are* on law review at Loyola. Although they moved the writing competition up at UCLA, so transfers might be able to benefit from law review acceptances in time for call backs, you'll have a law review bullet point on your resume at OCI at Loyola. At UCLA, you will not.

If money is not an issue for you then I would still transfer. Otherwise I think you're in a good position.

Law Review at Loyola is a great experience. We have great leadership.
Your success from this point will depend on other factors (mainly how skilled an attorney you become and networking ability)
Your grades will open almost any door you want.
If you stay, I will work with you and help you publish.
