Transfers in academia?

There's often debate on this forum as to whether or not transfering to HYS ups your chances at academia or not. Maybe we can post examples of law school profs who were transfers, ITT, so folks can get a sense for what it might take? I figure academics who transferred would be easier to suss out than other transfers because the nature of the academic CV means they probably are still listing their old school--if I'm wrong, forget this exercise!

Which law school is the supreme court? And what makes you think she is a professor there, she is a judge there.

She transferred from Harvard to Columbia, serving on both law reviews, and then taught at Rutgers and Columbia. No need to attempt snark when it's that poor.

Sorry. Didn't think you'd take it personally.

Awesome! I think it might be helpful to also post folks who have gone on to other prestigious things (Bristow, SCotUS clerkships, etc.); I just don't know if it's particularly easy to identify transfers (RBG excepted) in those gigs.
