Temple to American?

I just finished my first year at Temple, and I have been accepted to American as a transfer. I know they are ranked pretty close (Temple is 61; AU is 50). I finished in the top 15%, and I made Jessup Moot Court at Temple. Law Review decisions have yet to be announced.

I know I want to do International Law (Temple is ranked 11th; AU is ranked 5th), and I know that DC is most likely where I will practice law. More importantly, I know I do not want to practice law in Philadelphia.

Is it worth it to transfer to American? I am hesitant because of the schools are comparable, but I wonder if it is worth it so that I can be in DC and network with the appropriate people.

Any advice/feedback/etc. is appreciated.

Thanks!

I dont know much about that region, but I think it all comes down to scholarship money. If your current school is giving you money you should stay. if not I say go!

If you get on Temple Law Review, stay.

I wound up getting in to GW, and have decided to accept the offer. Thanks for the suggestions!
