Re: 2011 Transfer Cycle
I think it's a mix of my transcripts not being sent until right before July 4th weekend and my school's tough curve. I actually went on LSAC to re-read all of my applications to make sure I didn't have any mistakes on them.

I think WE was a really difference-maker for transfers. I also out-performed my numbers (though you did better since you got Penn and Berkeley!)SniperBarbie wrote:High T2, 7% (3 years of WE...I'm giving that all the credit)

Re: 2011 Transfer Cycle
Yes - I am. It's only really upsetting because I am very unhappy at my current school and want to go to a school which will allow me to practice in New York. Hence, I was really hoping for Fordham. I guess I now need to pray for a miracle from the others since it seems I'm getting a ding from GTown too.ClarDarr wrote:Even if he had, given his numbers, he's still an admit at fordham. thats how messed up this is. Re: 2011 Transfer Cycle
I really think you'll get Penn (at least). I am at a lower ranked school and am ranked only marginally higher (#4, which puts me at 1-2%), my rec letters were probably only ok (A's in both classes, but not a stellar bond with the teachers), my personal statement was a B+ at best. Worry not. You'll get something.ms2010 wrote:

Re: 2011 Transfer Cycle
Are you in the 7/11 group? There were already rejections and acceptances from our group, so we're probably in some sort of "hold" pattern. A ton of the "accepts" got into H/CLS/NYU, so hopefully that's good for us.ms2010 wrote:We'll see! Mine was 7/18. It seems like they will always give you about a week from the offer. There was also some info in the transfer materials they sent, saying you will not be at any disadvantage for OCI, no matter when you are admitted.ms2010 wrote:
