Depends if you mean top 16% or top 75%

Like top 30-40% in your class at a T10 school with excellent softs and resume. It just seems like everyone's focusing on the top 15%, and how if you're not at the top of your class, you're an auto-rejecct...

Have you looked at the transfer apps data base? To my knowledge, it's pretty obvious based on the numbers that H won't realistically look below roughly top 10% and Y/S are black boxes but substantially more competitive due to smaller class sizes.

I would imagine being at a CCN would give you more leeway.
