Top Law Schools

Any opinions on whether C/N would be more likely to take a transfer from USC or Fordham? I've heard some people say USC because it's ranked higher and some say Fordham because C/N like to take from competitor NYC schools. I was waitlisted this cycle so I will be accepting scholarships from one of these schools with my eye on transferring next year. However, I will not be attending either school assuming I'll be able to transfer next year, just want to keep it in mind. Any opinions?
