Transfer to H?

Currently at Penn. They don't rank us, but best guess is I'm somewhere around the top 15-20% mark. Newly changed significant other location has me wanting to move up to boston area.
Any shot at Harvard? (and yes, I know the answer is almost certainly 'no')

From browsing the forum, people who transfer to H from a non-CCN school generally are within the Top 10%. HTH.

How did you figure out you were in the top 15-20% if you're not ranked? Just curious how that works at schools who don't rank.
