Missing Grade

I'm sure there are other people who are in this boat.

I am missing a grade on my transcript. My legal writing professor has just not posted (I guess). I have had all of my other grades for weeks.

How are people dealing with this for transfer applications. All of mine apps are in, but I would to forward the transcript so I can go complete. The longer it takes, the later my application will be considered--lowering my chances.

Ideally, I would like to transfer to GULC (part-time program). I am in pt program now at T2 school.

Here is where I am. How big of deal do think it will be that my transcript may come after the deadline?

First Semester
Contracts A (2 units)
Civil Procedure A- (4 units)
Legal Writing B (2 units)
Property A- (2 units)

Second Semester
Contracts A (3 units)
Torts A (4 units)
Legal Writing ???? (2 units)
Property A- (2 units)

I only have one grade for second semester... I don't think there is much you can do.

GULC will not be forgiving if you miss the deadline. They just have too many applicants to care. I'm not sure when the deadline is for them, but if it's close I'd start bugging your administration to get the prof to post the grade.

Thanks so much. I appreciate the input. I am meeting with the Dean tomorrow. I was sent an email saying that they know I was looking at transferring and are interested in meeting with me to discuss it. We'll see what it's about. I would like to know when I get my grades.....

Send your app and then send the grade later. Schools understand about transcripts and all.

Send it in now. That grade MIGHT not be what you are hoping it will be.....

I had a grade get changed (for the better) a week after I had forwarded my transcripts. What a pain in the ass. Just hang in there.

I'd rather have that happen than no change :)
