When should Part-time student start transferring process?

I am currently a 1L part time student w/ 21 credits, and taking 5 credits over the summer.
when do i have to submit my transfer app? after i get my spring grades or after i get my summer grades?

If you're applying to another PT program, after your spring grades. If you're trying to go PT to FT, I would email the schools directly and ask them. I'm in a similar situation (applying to FT only schools after a year as a PT student) and one school told me to apply ASAP while another told me I couldn't apply until I met their transfer requirements (26 or 27 credits).

im wanting to apply from PT to FT, and i will be taking summer classes.
should i just send in my apps after spring grades come out?
