Top Law Schools

Coming from T50-60, what's needed to get into each school (about)?

Just guessing...

ND - 15% or better
NW - 10% or better
Mich - 7% or better

ND top 25%
Michshitgan- 5-10% instate. 5% and better if not.
NW 5-10% if you have work experience. 5% and better if not.
I was rejected by both Michshitgan and NW with top 10% from t50.

Why is no one on TLS able to grasp the fact that Northwestern's abbreviation is NU (not NW)?

Can anyone confirm that NU favors W/E for transfers, and if so, really that much? I mean, if you've proved you can do well in LS without it...

I have no idea but I would be willing to bet that it has far less to do with how one will perform in law school and more to do with how one will do in the real world.

Note that NU cut their transfer class by more than half with the introduction of the AJD program. So it might be substantially more difficult to get in for this year's class.

Agreed, at least in undergrad we never referred to it as NW (GO U NU).

Rayiner - How do you know they cut down their transfer class because of the AJD program? Where did you find the numbers?
