is it okay to reuse it? mine was really good, and i would have a hard time writing a better one.
do you think they would know?

seriously? write a new one. why would you use the same shiTTTy personal statement that got you denied from that school in the first place? if you don't have anything new to write about, chances are you probably shouldn't even bother applying for transfer.
take 15 seconds and search to see what a transfer personal statement should look like.

No, it's not ok to reuse it.
You actually have law school experience under your belt. There should have been some personal growth; personal growth that is reflected in your transfer PS. You will also want to articulate a reason for why you want to transfer, which presumably is lacking in your first PS.
