Hey guys, can someone explain to me how the transfer process works/ when is the earliest you can apply, and if employers can see the transfer (if they care or not).

Not to spoil your fun of having all of tls explain this answer to you, but there are already some really great threads on this in the transfer forum that will answer almost all your questions. I say this only because I am mildly considering transferring, as well, and recently rediscovered these threads.
