The rare 3L visiting student - help needed ASAP

I'm a 2L and I desperately need out of my current law school and city (T20 - midwest, right at or above median). My school has a very vague policy about visiting at another school for 3L year, so I'm curious as to which reasons given are known to be sufficient to allow a student to visit at another law school for their last year. Would a diagnosed mental infirmity count?
Any help is sincerely appreciated!

On the off-chance this isn't a flame (see: "diagnosed mental infirmity" supra), I'll bite. There are two components to visiting: convince another school to allow you to take courses, and convincing your school to accept the other school's credit towards your degree.
Are you asking for reasons (generally) students visit other law schools, or which reasons would be relevant to your school?

Health or family issues as well as specialized areas of study unavailable at your current law school are legitimate reasons. The "diagnosed mental infirmity" sounds like you need either a restraining order or treatment.
