A little help over here

I am currently a part-time student at a T4 school in the Midwest. I did very well my first semester, and I'm (of course) considering the thought of transferring.
I'm looking for a little guidance as to what type of GPA/Class Rank I'm going to need in order to transfer into schools that I'm particularly interested in. I want to stay in the Midwest-- so I'm interested in what it would take to transfer into T2 schools in Chicago such as: Loyola-Chicago, DePaul, Chicago-Kent. But if I end up doing extremely well during my 2nd semester, what would be needed to transfer into a T1 school such as: UIUC, Notre Dame, UI? I understand that T1 might be a stretch, but at the very least I'd like to know what it might take to give myself a good shot (also wondering if those schools are even a likely possibility).
I checked out transferapps, but it wasn't too definitive.
