Top Law Schools

Hi all:

I just wanted to take a poll to see if you told your old classmates where you are transferring to. I personally did not, as I didn't want to hear their comments about the school that I'm going to. I made the leap from a T4 to the T25. And there is an anti-transfer sentiment at the school, so I thought it would be in my best interest not to. What about you? If you disclosed where you were going, what was the reaction.

Yes. I told very few when I was first admitted, and after the semester ended and I had made my final decision, I privately told some of my friends. I didn't make a huge announcement on facebook (and some of my classmates did this... not saying it's wrong or right it didn't bother me), but it's a small school so after I told about 6 people everyone knew. When I was moving my stuff out of the school the other day I went to say bye to a professor I liked and she knew where I was going before I even told her.
