On that note, I am looking for a roommate. I found an amazing 3 bedroom place half a mile from campus and just a short 10 minute walk. It is 3 stories and beautiful, and the price would be about $1300 ish + utilities (which is relatively cheap considering what I have been able to find, especially that is in such close proximity). I already have a roommate who I found off of TLS who is very cool. We are both males, and would be looking to live with someone who is easy going, fun, respectful, clean and knows how to balance school with other things. Please pm me if you are interested. Thanks!
Also, FWIW I did some initial research on some places that are just as close to GULC in case you guys are wondering:
Capitol Plaza - BOOKED. nothing available
Mass Court - 2 Bedroom 3272$ includes nothing. 1 BR 2100 -
2700. 1 BR + Den = 2440$
Meridian at Gallery Place - Sept 15th 2BR - 3295-3420. 1 BR 2270-2365.
Unfortunately I cannot afford to pay 2 grand a month to live in one of these nice places, but for those of you that can, I hope this helps!
