Top Law Schools

We know of some being waitlisted, others being rejected... but so far no acceptances. Have you applied to Duke and been accepted?

Maybe it's a secret society.

I think they only have room for 10-12 students maybe even less. So it's not surprising that no one has posted an acceptance. The ones who did may not be on TLS. Who knows... (that's not to say they haven't admitted 30+, i'm just saying i think they only expect 10 to matriculate)

Where did you get this information? It is not my impression that the number is this low.

I was told they have room for roughly half the number they normally take, so 10-12 sounds generous considering they usually take 12-20. I estimated it at around 6-10. Still though, you would think 6-10 matriculates would equal probably 12-20 offers -- so it's surprising (though not beyond comprehension) that not even one person on TLS has reported an acceptance.

I know of one person who I doubt is on TLS that was accepted ~1-2 weeks ago

I just got waitlisted - top 5%, #34 school.

I know someone at my T2 who got in last week. They were top 5% and had personal reasons for being in NC. They also went to Duke for undergrad.
