Good post. I can't imagine facing that much resistance. Refusing to send LOR's and making students pay for Fall semester before sending transcripts?
I understand that schools don't want to lose their top people, but that's extreme.

Anyone else think that the student would have a colorable breach of contract claim against the school for this?
