What to do? Law Review Invitation with Quick Reply Needed

**UPDATED**
I got my rank back and it is top 23%, a slight improvement over my previous 27% but not sure if it is good enough to transfer into the T1. I wrote-on to law review apparently and was just notified of this yesterday.
My current school is PSL and my target school is ASU. I am complete there and, from what I understand, I am in review.
What does everybody think? I am somewhat pleased with the fact that I wrote on to law review but I am pretty disappointed with my meager class rank.

With that aside, does this help my transfer chances? I want to transfer to a school ranked in the 30's in the same market that my current school is ranked. (rank probably somewhere between the top 10-20% but I dunno since I might be in the top-10% because of the law review invitation).
Is transferring even worth it considering the school I want to transfer into is in the same market and the school I am currently at has me on a pretty hefty scholarship?
I would take the spot on LR, I highly doubt that is binding. That said, I would do some serious research at the firms (presuming you want a firm job) in your market and see how much recruitment happens from the T30 as opposed to your T4. In all likelihood they recruit much more heavily from the T30, especially in this economy, so you may want to consider the jump if accepted. Just my two cents though, goodluck either way.

If it's the two schools I think you are talking about, personally, I would transfer.
edit: With that said, I agree with the people advising researching the offer, schools, etc., and deciding from there.

I don't have an answer to your question OP, but FWIW you may as well list your school since it took me about two minutes of looking at your post history to figure it out. You've recently told us the ranking of the school you'd like to transfer to (narrows to four choices), the region (narrows to two, though one is very fringe) and that you're at a T4 in the same town (only one school it could be).

Your chances don't sound too great to me. How big of a transfer class does ASU have? Is Phoenix to ASU a jump that many students make, or is it like going to Quinnipiac and hoping to transfer to Yale?

I am not sure exactly how many transfer students ASU takes but I heard they do take a lot from PSL. They usually take at least half a dozen maybe even as many as 10. This is, of course, anecdotal because it is information I have heard from others. Unfortunately, ASU doesn't have much data on their website about the transfer class.
I was very competitive when I applied the first time around and I had an LSAT score and UG GPA that was well within their ranges. I think I just got the short end of the stick since I am a resident.

According to the ABA data on the LSAC website, ASU enrolled 31 transfers last year. I still say, take the LR if it doesn't hurt to do so, then go to ASU if you get in. If you don't get in, then you still have LR at Phoenix and end up where you started, so no big deal.

Yeah, I think that is the best I can do now. I'm in it for the long-haul and I just need to hang on, transfer or no transfer.
Hopefully writing-on to law review means something to someone.
