Status Checkers (Michigan, Cornell)

Should I be getting a status checker from either of those schools or just rely on correspondence to ensure my file gets completed?

Cornell will list your file as "Complete" once it's complete. They will also update it with "Decision Reached" when they've reached a decision.

For what it's worth, I just relied on correspondence.
