t4 transfer cycle results

When I started looking at transferring I was shocked to find out how little info was out there. Everyone seems to have a story about a t4 kid getting into a top school but there is just scraps in info available. So here is my transfer cycle. As the results come in I will update this post. Hopefully this will help next years transfer class or if someone wanted to compile all of the yahoo group stuff with the stats on here (hint hint). I was going to type this up after the summer but I am bored now.
I only applied to 3 schools the first time around so I decided to go big with the applications and cast a wide net. I think all of the schools I have applied to are reaches and if I get into any one of them this whole process will be worth it. The way I see it, if I am not getting into a national or strong regional school than I am better off staying and keeping my good grades.
Stats:
LS: Tier 4 school, top 3%
UG: 3.2/156
I had a strong first semester and as a result got the ball rolling early on the transfer process. I got 2 faculty recommendations which I sent to all schools. I only used an UG rec on the Michigan app (it had some language about "recommending" three recs).
Grades/Rank are not yet official but I sent in unofficial copies with all the apps.
EDIT: Ok so I pulled off an acceptance today and extremely excited about. 4 schools on the list I have completed apps for but have not actually submitted them. I was planning on doing that this weekend but the acceptance has changed that. So the striked out schools below I intended to and prepared apps for but did not submit. Due to the time it will take to officially get the snail mail stuff and to actually deposit I do not plan to withdraw the remaining apps until it is locked in 100% that I will be attending so at least some of the remaining schools I will here back from and be able to report the results.
EDIT #2: I officially committed to Berkeley today to get the ball rolling on getting set-up out there so I will be withdrawing my other apps tonight. It is unfortunate that I won't get to hear back from everywhere for data purposes but then again if I thought I would get in somewhere and it be this early I wouldn't have applied to so many schools. The ride was fun while it lasted but I am glad to able to organize the move early. Good luck!
Schools:
Columbia
Chicago - ED dinged
NYU
Berkeley - IN and attending
Penn - withdrawn
Michigan -withdrawn
Cornell - withdrawn
GULC - EA deferred
UCLA - withdrawn
USC - withdrawn
UIUC
Notre Dame - withdrawn
tOSU - withdrawn
Cincinnati

Any suggestions on what I could add to make this more helpful in the future is appreciated.
