Yeah I'm gunna go to Michigan, it is close to home so it doesn't require a huge move and is a fantastic school. I was interested to see what Columbia said, but coming from a T3 I feel blessed to have even been given the option between choosing GULC and M.sanpiero wrote:decide on UM?jlockhart6 wrote:As posted in the GULC thread, if it makes you all feel better I also have foregone my seat in the class, so there are now two seats open Good luck to you allmardimar wrote:thank you! there will be one more seat open at GULC! good luck.

I've just been accepted to the University of Texas School of Law. I'm at a 50-60ish ranked school , 3.612 GPA in the top 10% with two summer internships at federal district courts. I also worked at a local law firm throughout my 1L year. My application was complete, on my own calculation through a phone call, on June 15.

Congrats to the Texas guy and CONGRATS to FLHEALTH! Wohoo!
On another topic, I think I am dying right now. 13 apps out and not a peep from any of them. I mean, let's all just admit that I am absolutely screwed here.

I don't think you're screwed man, a ton of people from what I gather haven't heard back on here yet, and GULC for one is sure to send out a considerable more acceptances. Keep your head up manA'nold wrote:Congrats to the Texas guy and CONGRATS to FLHEALTH! Wohoo!

im getting really paranoid. If i sent my LS transcript to LSAC, it automatically sends it to the law school right? I dont need to send an additional transcript to that law school correct?

Re: Official 2010 Transfer Cycle Results Thread
See the problem is that Im in a bad spot. Im almost "auto admit" at GW and Washu, but very iffy and marginal at USC UCLA Vandy Gulc. With the grades that I got, only getting into GW or Washu will be seen as a huge dissapointment. The situation is very similar to the U.S. performance in the World Cup. Before the world cup, if I was to tell you that you were going to be in the round of 16, everyone would be leaping for joy. Same with my situation, before exams if someone told me that you could have Washu or GW as a binding early, I would have taken it in a heartbeat! However, expectations change. Hope is a dangerous thing.... Sometimes I think I would be happier if I didnt do as well.
