Top Law Schools

I'm deciding between Santa Clara FT and Loyola Marymount PT this fall. Though I got some $ from SC, the evening program at Loyola costs less, so $ is not the main reason for my decision. I don't know how I feel about graduating from a private school and all the debt so I am interested in trying my chances at a transfer to a UC -- Please note I would be more than happy to receive my JD from either of the two schools that have admitted me, but for practical, financial purposes, will try to transfer.

Anyway, can I transfer from Loyola PT to a full time program at UCLA?
