Transferring into the T14

I’m currently debating about transferring. I just finished my first semester at a school that’s never been ranked outside of the top 50 and never above 20 (US News). It's very strong within its region, but I’m not originally from that region, and I find myself missing both the west coast (where I grew up) and the east coast (where I went to college and spent the last few years) a lot. Thinking it might be best to go to a school that would position me better to work in Cali or the northeast. I made the cut off for the top 10% of the class, though not by much. In the event that I decide to transfer (feeling about 50/50 right now), I was wondering if anyone has any idea what my chances would be at the schools below. Oh yeah, not sure if it matters, but A- average at an Ivy League undergrad and 2 years experience as a paralegal at a Vault top 3 law firm prior to starting law school. In any case, the schools are:

Penn
Duke
UVA
UC Berkeley
UCLA (I’m aware this isn’t a t14)
Georgetown
Cornell

Thanks

If you want California, you should definitely include USC in that list.
