I'm really bummed about this. My friend who graduated L'02 had told me he was the best professor she ever had.
I was looking forward to Goldberg as well as many people told me he was really good. After reading Dihn's syllabus I'm really excited for him as well. It should be a good class.

Does anyone know if the money we have from our refunds is for the entire year or just the semester? In undergrad we got our refunds each semester and I need to know it for the budget.

Yeah. Rhino. It was a fun time. Although it got pretty weird at the beruit table.

Game last night was pretty heartbreaking. A loss tonight ends the season.

Anyone looking for a free file-syncing/backup tool check out Dropbox.

If you sign up through that link then we both get an extra 250 MB of storage.

Does anyone know what "Articles" is? One of my courses assignments says: Please go to Articles to get the first class assignment from the Syllabus. But I have no idea what "Articles" is or how to get there or access it.

Also, does anyone know of another place to get syllabi for classes?

Yeah. Shittiness. I'm excited for class today but in general it sucks knowing no playoffs ahead. Football season at least (although your not a Pats fan, if I remember correctly??).

+1, good luck everyone. My shower in the dorm ran cold today; I think everyone must have gotten into the shower at the same time.

+1.

Any part-timers here? I could use some tips on not harming myself or others on the Metro ride to work. I'm swinging around books, a laptop, lunch and dinner while trying to fit through crowds and turnstiles.

I didn't fall but that slope has tripped me up twice. Don't feel bad.

If you sit at the end of the row you can't move your chair around much because of it either.

Is that in 203? My entire LRW class tripped over that carpet.

I think it's pretty much in all the classrooms! I tripped in 202 when I came to visit, and 207, right at the start of my Civ Pro class.

205 and 206 are fairly easy to navigate.

Hey kids, I just realized you newbies might not know something:

202 637 7000 is metro customer info. You can get real time arrivals VERY easily for any station. Nothing is worse than sitting for 15 minutes on a saturday night waiting for a train... so if you're on the move you'll know when you need to leave the bar, etc!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
