I've got forms from my fed and private lenders and the woman on the phone at UREG told me to drop them off at the office, but then the girl at the front desk said that my info will automatically be sent to my lenders through the National Student Clearinghouse. ...Tried to print off an enrollment verification through the UREG website and I'm not in the system yet. ...Moral of the story, I'm not trying to pay my August loans if I don't have to.
The lenders will be notified automatically. I'm not sure about any payments that might be due toward the beginning of the month, but any payment that is due after classes start will definitely be deferred.
(Recovering Raiders fan, by the way. I've renounced my citizenship in Raider Nation until Al Davis dies.)

It's a rare breed. You'll recognize me as the person gnashing their teeth at any mention of LeBron James. He basically ruined my life.
You'll be happy to hear that
Lebron died today.

I have family that has lived in Cleveland for 20 or 30 years. They are all Steelers fans. HTH

It takes a real
fan masochist to root for Cleveland teams and not take the easy way out.

I bought mine at Mattress Warehouse from a lady named Brenda, she was really nice & took a lot off the price - they also delivered the next day. Hope that helps!

I'd love to try to get out a few times. Read this on the website, thought it was kind of funny:
Season Passes
For avid golfers, season passes are an affordable alternative to daily greens fees. Offered on an annual basis from July 1 to June 30, season passes are available to:
•University of Virginia students, faculty, staff and alumni
•Members of Boar's Head Sports Club
•The general public
So doesn't this mean...everyone? Why even mention it? Any clue what the pricing is for students?

Haha, my guess is those are probably 3 different pricing tiers. But I don't know what the pricing is. I wonder how many rounds it takes to make the annual pass worth it.

If anyone is still looking for a place to live, I still need someone to take over my lease on a large two-bedroom about two blocks from the law school. PM me if you want details.

Well it seems Mac users can't buy MS office for a bit, the woman at the law school store said there was a problem with them and cavalier computers hasnt given a time estimate for when they will be ready yet.
my undergrad has copies of MS office 08 available that I could still snag for $25, think I should go ahead and grab that or wait and see if UVA can get 2010 working and available before classes?

MS Office 2010 is for PCs, no? There's a new MS Office for Macs coming out (MS 2011), but that's not out yet. The MS Office for Macs you would be buying would have to be MS 2008, so you might as well just buy it from your UG.

I was wondering why you were trying to get rid of your place. Movin' on up like George and Weezy? Congrats, man.
If I might ask, what are your reasons for transferring?

According to the internet, if you buy MS Office 08 (mac) (starting TODAY), you'll get a free upgrade to MS Office 2011 (mac) when it releases, in October or something.
