Gee...I was rather excited about this until I realized that I don't have a list of books yet that I'll need. Would other 1L's advise about whether it would be worth purchasing these books anyway? Are they commonly used?

My school used prosser's torts and the LRW one...nothing else. Might be better to wait.

Except for the Kastely book, the rest are commonly used. Even so, wait until you find out which books your professors will require. You'll spend enough money as a student, so no need to waste it on a book that you're not certain you need.
